ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

Below sets out our conditions for returns, kindly follow these guidelines to make sure your order is eligible for return

• Returned items must be unopened
• Returned items must be returned in perfect condition, with their original product packaging and all tags attached
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• For Hygiene & Safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non- exchangeable
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Socks
  • All type of Undergarments
• Games (Software), Subscription Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Digital codes & cards (iTunes, Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify, etc.. gift cards), once ordered, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;

For refurbished products, you must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Please note that we will not accept the return of any item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was purchased.

YOUR REFUND

For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) in full plus the cost of return:

• if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
• if you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc.

In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping.

Refund Procedure.

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

• if you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet.
• if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (7) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center;
• if you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.

WARRANTY POLICY

• Warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product.
• Excluding Apple products (Accessories warranty: 1 year), other electronic device accessories are subject to a six (6) months warranty starting from the delivery date. Warranty of the item begins from the product delivery date.
• The address provided during the Warranty claim request will be registered as the pick up and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
• Warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers. In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
• The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.
• In the logistics assistance scenarios, the warranty repair period is twenty-five (25) working days for the units covered under the warranty from the date of picking the product until dispatch.
• Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
• Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer.
• If your item can't be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will issue a replacement (from the same seller) or, if a replacement isn't available, you will be refunded in full.
• The customer shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Getat will not be responsible for the same and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar, in connection with any action to enforce the provisions of this Terms and Conditions, to recover damages or other relief for breach or default under this Terms and Conditions, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Terms and Conditions.
